Seko offers a wide variety of training, so you are sure to find something that fits your exact needs. He has helped many people become more fit, confident, and secure, and many successful fighters have also gone though training with him. At the Warrior Inside, you will receive a customized program designed to ensure a fitness routine that is right for you. Each training session is unique and tailored to your skill level and individual needs. At-home training is also available. The primary objective is to help you realize your own unique goals and then help you achieve them. You will be amazed at what your body can do when given the chance.

*All New! Bootcamp 4 People

Seko has an all new fitness program starting in January! Bootcamp 4 people is an intensive fitness program like no other. With a maximum of four people per class, you will get the individualized attention you need to maximize your results. Bootcamp will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 12 weeks. If you’re just beginning a fitness regiment, Bootcamp will establish your physical training baseline. If you’re looking for a new challenge in your fitness routine, it will teach you new techniques and give you the variety you need to push past a plateau.

The first program will be composed of twelve small-group classes, each consisting of:

  • Stretches and Warm-Up
  • Plyometrics bridging the gap between strength and speed
  • Striking boxing and kickboxing
  • Strength Training weights and body resistance
  • Core Strengthening ab and back work
  • Conditioning drills
  • Diet tips advice about what to eat and when

Your results don't have to stop after the 12 weeks, you can continue with Bootcamp 4 People and move forward to the next level right after!

Cost
Uppercut gym members: $20 per class
Non-members: $25 per class

Kickboxing Classes

Kickboxing classes are always offered twice a week at the Krav Maga Training Center at 2835 Stephens Ave S. These classes are open to anyone interrested and are availible on a walk-in basis. They cost $15 and package deals are also available to save on cost. This is a great way to get a strong workout and to get your foot in the door, as no prior experience is required. However, experienced people are also encouraged to join too, and many other personal trainers take the class as well.

Personal and Small Group Training

Personal training is the best way to maximize your workout and recieve the most individual attention. Your sessions are customized to your abilities and current fitness level and you'll also receive a more in-depth explanation of the philosophy and reasoning behind certain drills and actions. This is a very popular choice, with competitive prices and flexible time frames.

Small group training is a great option for couples, families, or even friends, all looking to train together. The number of people can range from two to four people. Based on the same premise as personal training, it's a great way to maximize your workout.
